Founder & CEO
Mahesh Krishnan
Mahesh Krishnan brings more than two decades of professional experience in the UAE, with a career spanning finance, accounting, treasury, trade finance, management reporting and financial leadership across diverse business environments.
He began his professional journey in India and moved to the UAE in 2006, building extensive experience across trading, corporate finance and the Food & Beverage sector.
His career includes senior finance and financial leadership roles across the UAE, with experience spanning organisations including Bridgestone Tyres MENA, Landmark Group/Foodmark, Domino’s Pizza MENAP, Johnny Rockets, Kaykroo and The Lighthouse Restaurants.
He has also worked extensively with banking relationships, trade finance, letters of credit, treasury, working capital and financial operations across multiple markets.
Today, Mahesh brings this combination of finance leadership and practical business experience to MAK Finvanta Global, with a vision of providing businesses with access to experienced financial leadership without necessarily having to build a large in-house finance function.

Koushik Subramanian is a business and operations leader with over 10 years of international experience across professional services, energy, asset management, and business development. As COO of MAK Finvanta, he brings a strong combination of commercial expertise, operational leadership, and client-focused thinking to the organisation.
With a proven track record in business development and operations, Koushik has helped organisations grow revenue, strengthen client relationships, and build efficient and scalable business processes. As a Business Development Manager for an accounting services firm, he contributed to over 200% revenue growth while maintaining a 95% client satisfaction rate.
As COO of MAK Finvanta, Koushik oversees business operations, strategic execution, client success, process optimisation, and business development. His experience in financial management, strategy, and risk & governance supports the firm's continued growth while helping deliver efficient, client-focused, and sustainable business solutions.
